I just realised how high the water is there, jeez! Nowadays the waters shallow enough you can climb down the steps.
I'm at the UW Library right now, I may go down to the dock for a bit myself.
and this shot was right on that stone dock out there.
the water was high August of 2006 AND it was super windy!
